Let's you subscribe to podcasts you listen regularly or let's you find new ones by genre, language, region, etc, has notifications on new episodes (if you want), it can also pre-download your podcast as soon as it's available (if you want), or you can download it by hand. It costs a few dollars but it's the best podcast app I've ever had.
